In the absence of a response to such requests, BikeShuttle.me may take any measure it deems appropriate, in particular the freezing of the sums paid and / or the suspension of the account and / or the resolution of these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
After the trip, the Passengers will have a 24-hour period at their disposal to open a complaint against BikeShuttle.me. In the absence of a dispute on their part within this period, BikeShuttle.me will consider the trip confirmed.
Every month or during registration the User, Shuttle, has the possibility to provide instructions to BikeShuttle.me for payment on his bank account (by entering the bank details in advance in his Account) or on the PayPal account (by inserting the 'PayPal e-mail address in advance in your Account)
Payment orders (Deposit and online payments) in the User's name (Shuttle) will be sent (according to the agreements made between the Shuttle and Bikeshuttle.me) within a week of receiving the sums (provided that BikeShuttle.me is in possession of the data bank).
At the end of the applicable limit periods, a sum not claimed by BikeShuttle.me is considered to belong to the same.
