The Green shuttles are "ready to go" while the Red ones will start as soon as the minimum number of people is reached.

The reservation on "waiting mode" will receive a confirmation email by BikeShuttle.me few hours before the departure.

If the Shuttle that you choose will not reach the minimum number of people to leave, you will be refounded within 24/48 hours.
